Bette Light - Bio: Bette is a registered nurse with a BS in Health Education, a Master's degree in gerontology and healthcare administration. She has been working in the field of geriatrics since 1973. Her experiences caring for the elderly include services as a Director of Nursing, Administration and Nurse Consulting in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in New York, Connecticut, Georgia and Florida. For the past 17 years, Bette has been teaching in nursing homes throughout Florida & Georgia on issues related to geriatric nursing care, incontinence management and quality of life issues. Bett has now developed her geriatric consulting, teaching, and incontinence management coaching business to reach out and serve the communities of central Florida and beyond. Bette combines her studies and interests in natural health and wellness with her teaching of the more traditional geriatric nursing care.

Wellness is becoming an integral part of our daily life.  We are all realizing the importance of taking more responsibility for our own health and developing a more positive attitude about aging.
